Silicon Valley Hack Ship Off Cali Coast

Source: arstechnica.com

Staff meetings and brain-storming with select employees of tech entrepreneurs in the Silicon Valley could be convened and occur at sea. This may be part of the vision if one group of business people are successful in their plans to establish and maintain a large occupied vessel in international waters off the California coast just outside the Golden Gate Bridge.

The location twelve miles or more offshore in international water seems to be intentional. Apparently some immigration laws may not so much stand in the way of valuable hires from other countries -- if their work and living quarters are onboard such a ship. A workplace and living space platform that is like a semi-permanent ocean cruise or a high tech sweat shop?
