This, apparently, is a restaurant in the Bay Area.
The “Dilbert” cartoon creator, Scott Adams, and this restaurant are the subject of a recent article. The author of this entertaining piece discusses Stacey’s at Waterford "... in an unremarkable strip mall ..." and Mr. Adams' management style "... the pigeon theory of management ...".

After reading the article, I'm sure it's a great restaurant and Mr. Adams is a wonderful manager. Perhaps they need to upgrade the restaurant's location? Just saying, there's a cafeteria with a bay view from the top floor of an IKEA store on the peninsula
