The City Centre -- downtown core, if you will -- in some of America’s cities is becoming home to folks that are choosing to live in urban neighborhoods of mixed-use highrise buildings. Some of these folks might be a little gray at the temples, but not panhandlers.
Apparently, one of my grandmothers was an unrealized harbinger of this trend when she would say, “I’d live over the U.S. Post Office (in town), if I could.”
